Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all dine-in, takeaway, online order, reservation and catering services at Dewan-e-Khass Halal Restaurant. Our goal is to maintain fair, transparent terms for all valued customers while preserving our quality halal food service standards.
1. Online Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order free of charge within 10 minutes of placing the order, before food preparation starts.
- Once food preparation has begun, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
- Wrong order placed by customer choice, change of mind, or dislike of taste after preparation is not eligible for refund.
- If we deliver wrong items, spoiled food, or items not as described, we offer full refund or free replacement.
2. Reservation Cancellation
- Standard table reservations can be cancelled 4 hours prior to arrival with no charges.
- Late cancellation or no-show without prior notice may forfeit any advance deposit.
- Private event, party, and bulk catering bookings follow separate terms confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Refund Processing Terms
- All approved refunds will be processed via original payment method within 3–5 business working days.
- We do not offer cash refunds for online digital payments.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse refund requests in case of misuse, false claims, or improper customer behaviour.
