6. Order Cancellation & Liability

Customers may cancel pre-orders free of charge if the cancellation is submitted no less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or dine-in reservation time.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% order retention fee to cover costs of pre-prepared fresh halal ingredients.
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from third-party delivery partners, incorrect customer-provided addresses, adverse weather conditions or missed customer collection.
